The Ultimate Match and our signal smokes are classified as hazardous products.

We are legally required to use a specialist hazmat courier to deliver your order.

For orders over £150, we will cover the cost and provide you with FREE delivery when you enter the coupon code MATCH at checkout.

Please allow 1-2 business days to pick, pack, and process your order for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, transit time is based on where in the UK the order is going. Please allow 3 – 4 business days.

Please note: we cannot guarantee shipping timelines once the package has left our facility. We use a variety of couriers and unfortunately some do not provide tracking information.

Signature is required by someone 18+ on every delivery.  This cannot be waived.

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once dispatched due to regulations of specialty hazmat shipping. 

Due to the nature of the products, orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box

Priority and next day is not available due to regulations of specialty hazmat shipments.
